We all have dreams. Dreams that we want to make it into a reality. A reality that can be better for us and for everyone around us. Today, I felt rejected completely, from an application funding that we applied for. A funding that could potentially bring us really far.
Whilst writing this, I am still feeling disappointed. Disappointed at the fact that we could have been so much more. But when I look back from where we started with nothing, something slowly began to dawn on me, that the thing we all need isn't someone's justification of whether or not, we are successful.
The importance of continuous self-believe and never giving up spirit is and will always be the utmost value that anyone can ever uphold. This is a new headstart for us, a tougher but way brighter journey we are walking towards.
To everyone reading, this, believe in yourself and your dreams. That they don't have to be justified by others but yourself and you are the only one that can make it happen. So trust yourself, you got this. You got this.

Growing up, I was never the typical student that studied "hard" or was never the best performing student in class with outstanding attitude.
I am that student that teachers chase out of the classroom, scream their lungs out on me and that student that simply does not follow rules.
For a guy that talks so much, it was time for me to keep quiet when I am starting up now, to listen, listen to our community, our users and our evangelists. I have learnt that listening is the most important virtue anyone can uphold.
As a saying goes, "If you talk, you only say what you know. If you listen, you learn things you do not know." Recently, my team and I had been out talking and listening to our users and found out things we never knew existed. Suggestions, feedbacks, the goods and the bads.
Through the process, I had gain a wider perspective of life in more than just Tripcendo. It taught me the things I had assumed. It taught me to listen to understand and not just reply.
I hope this post gives you a wider picture on why listening others feedback is important and on why we should continue to learn from their perspective. Well, of course, not everything they said are true and that is for you to be selective in what you want to apply.
Till next time~!

Hoa Lan: Thank you for sharing. I once thought you the best guy in the class with outperform scores. Understanding via listening is not only a skill but a attitude.

Hoa Lan: Your writing for Tripcendo is amazing. It is likely that you are the best student at literality at your class
Here, is Lan Hoa, a Vietnamese friend I met at Slush 2016. She showed me such an inspiring personality of her, as a mother (to her daughter back in Vietnam) and as an entrepreneur/friend to me.
From time to time, we meet someone inspiring and sometimes, even from countries we are all unfamiliar with.
To Lan Hoa, I'm thankful for meeting someone like yourself and having you inspire me so much in just a day. You remind me (or rather us) how important it is to keep our dreams alive and doing for purposes greater than ourselves.
Thanks for envisioning our vision at Tripcendo, that is, to build a world without stranger wherever we go and for me, to embrace your vision, livingdream.me (a social network for anyone with a dream to connect), it was truly an eye opener. You taught me so much.
Continue to inspire the people that you be meeting in time to come. Let's keep the hustle going~! I'll hope to see you soon in Vietnam/Singapore.
